Creating an Unlisted Event

Unlisted, or private events, are accessible only to those who have the event URL.

Need to host a coaching session, team meeting, members-only event, or invite-only webinar?

Creating an Unlisted event keeps your event off your public channel, search engines, and Crowdcast Discover. Only people who have the event link can access it.

Create an Unlisted Event

When creating or editing your event:

  1. Open Main Info.

  2. Under Visibility, select Unlisted.

  3. Save your changes.

That's it! Your event will only be accessible to people who have the event URL.

Add a Password (Optional)

If you'd like an extra layer of security for your unlisted event, you can password-protect your event.

Password protection is useful when:

  • You're sharing the event link with a large group.

  • The event contains confidential or members-only content.

  • You want to prevent someone from joining if the link is accidentally shared.

Note: Password protection is only available for Unlisted events.

Tips

  • Share the event URL only with the people you want to attend.

  • If you're using a password, send it separately from the event link for additional security.

  • You can change an event between Public and Unlisted at any time before or after publishing.
