Which Events Are Displayed on the Discover Page?

Crowdcast's Discover page helps new attendees find events that match their interests. However, only events that meet specific visibility criteria will appear in search results and on the Discover page.

To be eligible, your event must:

Be public (unlisted events will not appear).
Have at least five registrants.
Be free of adult content (Adult channels are flagged and do not appear).
Include a cover photo.

Looking for Ways to Promote Your Event?

While you can’t directly promote your event on the Discover page, there are several effective ways to boost visibility and attendance:

1. Share on Social Media

Share the event link across multiple social platforms and encourage followers to share! If it’s a ticketed event, consider offering a discount code to those who help spread the word.

2. Tag Relevant Parties

Mention guest speakers, collaborators, or sponsors in your posts and ask them to share the event link with their networks.

3. Leverage Your Mailing List

Send an email blast inviting your subscribers to your event. You can even automate this process using Zapier to save time and reach more people efficiently.
