Ways to Share Your Crowdcast Event

Updated this week

You can share your Crowdcast event in several ways, depending on where your audience already is.

Share the Event URL

  • Copy your event’s URL directly from your browser or from the main info section where you edit your event under 👉 Visibility.

  • You can edit the event URL to make it more memorable, but be sure to do this before you share it publicly, since changing it later will break existing links.

Embed the Event on Your Website

  • Embed your event directly on your website or landing page so people can register without leaving your site. This works well for dedicated event pages, resource hubs, or blog posts promoting the event.

Tip for Hosts: Promote on Your Own Site

  • Add the event cover image and a short description to your website.

  • Link clearly to the event’s registration page so visitors know where to sign up.

  • This is especially effective if you already have traffic coming to your site.

Other Sharing Tips

  • Email newsletters: Share the event link with a short call-to-action and highlight what attendees will learn.

  • Social media: Post the event URL on platforms like LinkedIn, X, or Instagram. Re-share as the event date approaches.

  • Community spaces: Share the link in Slack, Discord, or other communities where your audience is active.

  • Reminders: Post or send reminders a few days and a few hours before the event to boost attendance. You can also email your attendees from within your event.
