How Do I Contact an Event Host?
Event hosts manage their own registrations, ticket sales, coupons, refunds, and event content. If you have questions about an event you've registered for - or if you'd like to request a refund - please contact the event host directly.
Can Crowdcast Contact the Host for Me?
No. Event hosts manage their own events and attendee communications.
For privacy reasons, Crowdcast cannot:
Issue refunds on a host's behalf
Make registration changes for an event
Share a host's contact information without their consent
Contact a host on your behalf
How to Find the Host's Contact Information
Check Your Registration Receipt
For paid events, the host's contact information is often included at the bottom of the registration receipt emailed to you when you purchased your ticket. If you can't find the receipt, be sure to check your spam folder.
Check the Event Page
For free events - or if the receipt doesn't include contact details - visit the event registration page and review the event description. Hosts often include contact information there.
Visit the Host's Channel
You can also click the host's name at the top of the event page to visit their channel, where they may have additional contact information available.
Search for Public Contact Information
If you're still unable to locate contact details, try searching for the host's website or social media profiles, where they may provide a public email address or contact form.
Can't Find Your Receipt?
If you're unable to locate your registration receipt, email [email protected] with:
The event name
The email address used to register
