Event hosts manage ticket sales, coupons, refunds, and registrations for their own events. If you have any questions about the content of an event you've registered for, or if you couldn't attend and are looking for a refund, please reach out to the host of the event directly for details.
Crowdcast support is unable to issue refunds or make registration changes on a host’s behalf. For privacy purposes, Crowdcast support is unable to provide a host’s contact details without their consent.
If you attended a paid event, look for the event host's contact information at the bottom of the ticket receipt that was emailed to you at the time of registration and purchase. If you don't see your receipt in your main inbox, be sure to double-check any spam, social, or promotions folders you may have.

If you're unable to locate your emailed receipt, send us an email at [email protected] with the event details and the email address you used to register. We're happy to track down a copy.
If this was a free event or if your receipt does not contain contact details, start by checking the event’s registration page for contact information within the event description.
You can also click the host’s name at the top left within an event to check their channel page for contact details:
If you’re still not finding contact information, try a Google search for public contact information on their website or social media channels.
