Can't make it to an event anymore? You can unregister from any Crowdcast event from a web browser. If you change your mind later, you can register again using the same event link.
Note: Unregistering is currently only available from a web browser. This option isn't available in the Crowdcast mobile app.
How to Unregister
Sign in to your Crowdcast account from a web browser.
Open Joined Events from your profile.
Select the event you'd like to leave.
Click Options in the top-right corner.
Select Unregister.
Click Confirm.
Your registration will be removed immediately.
Important Notes
Ticketed, Password-Protected, and Promo Events
If you unregister from one of these events, you can register again later without purchasing another ticket or re-entering your password or promo code, provided registration is still open.
Privacy
When you unregister from an event, your registration details are removed from the host's attendee export in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Can I Register Again Later?
Yes. As long as registration is still open, you can return to the event page and register again at any time using the same event link.
