Each new Crowdcast has a default URL. You can customize it in your event details during setup or anytime after creating your event.
To change the URL, simply hover over it and select the pencil icon to edit.
How to customize your event URL
Open the event you’d like to edit, from within the event or from your event dash.
Go to Edit event.
Find the event URL field, hover over the URL and select the pencil icon to edit.
Save your changes.
Your customized URL can then be shared with attendees anywhere you promote your event.
A few things to keep in mind
Your custom URL needs to be unique.
Keep it short, clear, and relevant to your event.
If you’ve already shared your event link, be cautious about changing the URL afterward.
There is no character limit for the URL.
What happens to the old URL after it’s changed? Unless the old URL is being used for a different event, the user will see the following message:
