Once your event is ready, you can share it anywhere your audience already spends time - by email, on social media, through your website, or in your online communities.
Share your event link
The easiest way to share your event is with its Crowdcast event URL.
You can copy the URL directly from your browser or find it when editing your event under Visibility.
You can also customize your event URL to make it shorter and easier to remember.
Important: Customize your URL before you begin sharing it. If you change the URL later, any links you've already shared will no longer work.
Sharing a multi-session event
If your event has multiple sessions, we recommend sharing the main event URL rather than a link to an individual session.
This gives attendees one reliable link where they can register and access your event and its sessions.
Embed your event on your website
Want to keep your audience on your own website? You can embed your Crowdcast event directly into a website or landing page.
This can work well for:
Dedicated event or registration pages
Resource hubs
Blog posts
Membership or community websites
Ways to promote your event
Once you have your event link, there are plenty of ways to get the word out:
Email newsletters: Share the event with your mailing list and include a clear reason to register.
Social media: Share your event on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or X, and post again as the event approaches.
Your website or blog: Add your event cover image, a short description, and a clear link to register.
Online communities: Share your event in relevant Slack, Discord, or other communities where your audience is active.
Send reminders
Don't be afraid to share your event more than once!
Sending reminders as the event approaches can help increase live attendance. Consider promoting your event a few days before and again on the day of the event.
Once people have registered, you can also email your attendees directly from your Crowdcast event with important updates or reminders.
