How to Edit your Account Settings - Hosts and Attendees

To find your account settings…

Sign in to Crowdcast from a desktop or mobile browser. Account Settings aren't available yet from the app.

  1. Select your profile icon from the upper right corner.

  2. Select account settings or access your account settings here.

Change Your Password

Go to your account settings and select Change Password. Enter your old password and your new password. Click Change.

How to add or reset a Password

If you didn’t have a password set or can’t remember it, follow these steps:

  • Sign out completely

  • Enter the email address associated with your account

  • Select Reset password

  • Check your email for your password reset link

Update Your Email Address

Be sure you know your password first. If you do not know it, you can add/reset it.

  1. Open your Account Settings.

  2. Enter your new email address and select save

  3. You will be asked to confirm the change by entering your password. Once you’ve completed this, your email will be updated.


How to Edit your Channel Settings - Hosts

Your channel is your public home on Crowdcast.

To find your channel settings…

Sign in to Crowdcast from a desktop or mobile browser. Channel settings aren't available yet from the app.

  1. Select the channel settings from the left menu in your dash.

  2. Select Edit from your channel page.

How to Edit your Channel Details

From Settings > Channel, you can:

  • Update your channel name

  • Change your profile image

  • Upload a banner image

  • Edit your channel description

  • Update your channel URL (if applicable)

  • Manage your social links

Changes are saved immediately and do not notify your attendees.


Change Payment Information - Hosts

Payment for individual events is managed by the event hosts. If you are an attendee and need to contact a host about a ticketed event, please view this support doc: Contacting the Host of an Event

Access your Settings from the menu on the left of your dash, then go to the Billing & Plans section. Select Open billing portal. From here, you can…

  • View your billing history

  • Download your invoices and receipts

  • Update the credit card information on your account
