How an Attendee Account Works

Understanding how your free attendee account works.

Updated over a week ago

In order to view Crowdcast events, you’ll need a free attendee account. Crowdcast does not charge you to create an account in order to attend events, although some events on Crowdcast may be ticketed.

You don’t need to take any action other than registering for a Crowdcast event. When you register, you’ll be asked for your email and name. By providing this information, you’ve automatically created your free account that can be used to access other events in the future.

You can also use a social sign-on option like Twitter, Facebook, or Google. You can sign back into Crowdcast anytime using the same method you used when signing up.

If you use a new browser or device, you’ll need to sign back in. You can do this from any registration page or by using the sign in page.

Check out our Attendee Guide for more details on registration.

Once you've created your free attendee account, you'll be able to browse and access Crowdcast events. Use the menu on the left to access all of your Joined Events. Bear in mind that some hosts may choose to archive or delete their events making them no longer available.

You'll only receive emails related to the events you've joined. We won’t send any marketing emails to you.

If you are looking to host your own live events on Crowdcast you can start a free trial. View the pricing page to see available subscription plan options.
