How do I cancel or delete my event?

Learn how to cancel, delete or archive your Crowdcast event, notify attendees, and manage refunds through Stripe.

To delete or cancel your event on Crowdcast:

  1. Log into your dashboard and go to your My Events page.

  2. Find the specific event you want to cancel and from the Actions dropdown menu choose Delete.

If this session is scheduled for a future date, guests will receive an email notification about the cancellation.

If you wish to still access the attendee data you might prefer to archive it. Archiving your event hides it from everyone but you and any teammates. Follow these instructions to Archive your event. Attendees are notified when you archive an upcoming event.

Refunds for tickets are issued through the host's connected Stripe account. See: Managing Your Crowdcast Event Payments in Stripe.

Important Note:

  • When an event that was in the past is archived/deleted, attendees won’t be notified.
