Overview
Due to recent changes or technical limitations across various video platforms, sharing videos directly via YouTube, Wistia, Vimeo, or other hosting providers may occasionally fail when attempting to share a video through the studio or media tray.
If you experience issues where your video does not play or display correctly, use a workaround below to ensure your audience can still view a video as intended.
Our team is actively investigating this issue and hopes to restore direct sharing functionality as soon as possible.
Screen Sharing Videos via a Chrome Tab
When direct sharing of a video using a URL is unavailable, you can still share them using one of the following workarounds.
Share screen from the media tray. Ensure you select “share tab audio”
Hosts and co-hosts can upload a video directly in the studio, and then anyone with permissions can share from the studio or media tray.

Ensure you have the latest version of Chrome for the best performance.
This workaround is temporary and a direct sharing option will hopefully be available again soon.
