Overview
Due to recent changes by Vimeo, sharing videos from either via the Studio or AV module is currently not possible. The workaround is to share a YouTube or Wistia video from the studio, or to share the mp4 video in a chrome tab. We hope to put a "fix" in place for this as soon as possible.
Sharing Videos via a Chrome Tab
Although direct sharing of videos is unavailable, you can still share them using a workaround.
Open video in Chrome
Share from AV Module:
In the AV module, select the option to share a Screen
Choose the Chrome tab with the Vimeo video.
Ensure you select “share tab audio”
Notes
Ensure you have the latest version of Chrome for the best performance.
This workaround is temporary and a direct sharing option will hopefully be available again soon.
