How to use the Call to Action feature

The Call to Action (CTA) feature allows you to point attendees to an external link or to request contributions/donations.

A Call to Action creates a button below the event stage that attendees can click to open a link in a new tab.

You can use a CTA to direct attendees to:

  • Your website

  • A product or service

  • A downloadable resource

  • A sign-up or booking page

  • Your social channels

  • Any other webpage you'd like to share

How to create a Call to Action

You can set up your CTAs before your event begins so they're ready when you go live.

  1. Open your event and go to the Studio.

  2. Find the Call to Action section.

  3. Add your button text and the URL you'd like attendees to visit.

  4. Save your CTA.

When you're ready to share it with your audience, select show and the button will appear below the event stage for attendees to click.

You can hide it again whenever you'd like.

Can I create more than one CTA?

Yes! You can prepare multiple Calls to Action for your event, but you can only reveal one at a time.

If you regularly use the same CTAs, you can save them as part of a Studio Template and reuse them in future events.

💡 Tip: Have several links you'd like to share at once? You can create a single page containing all your links using a service such as Linktree, then use that page as your CTA link.

What about Contributions?

The Call to Action section can also be used to display a Contribution button, allowing attendees to make a financial contribution during your event.
