Whatâs New â¨
Redesigned Stage Controls
No more inviting users to the stageâjust move them, and they can choose to unmute their camera and mic.
Move people between Stage, Gallery, and Audience with simple up/down controls.
The green room is now for organizers only, keeping backstage operations clear.
A Smarter, Larger Gallery
The gallery now supports up to 20 users, with more capacity coming soon.
Choose from three modes:
Invite Only â Attendees canât raise their hand, but you can move anyone to the gallery to let them speak.
Request â Attendees can raise their hand; you decide when to move them to the gallery.
Anyone â If a seat is open, participants can join the gallery automatically. If itâs full, you can move someone from the audience in and automatically replace someone in the gallery.
Gallery Muting
You can now mute the gallery, allowing you to invite as many people as you like without their audio disrupting the event.
Improved Media Sharing with Focus Modes
Set a focus mode before sharing your media
Switch between multiple screen shares at the same time
Slide sharing shows previews of all slides
More intuitive media controls with volume sync
Speakers and hosts can control slides at the same time
Better Q&A & Comments
Updated design for Q&A
Hide and re-show questions
âStart answering quietlyâ to prevent showing questions on stage

How to Switch to V3
Before entering the greenroom, select 'Update to V3':
To switch back to V2, exit the greenroom, select 'more' and then 'switch back to V2':
