What notifications will I receive?
You'll receive an Inbox notification when:
An event you're registered for goes live
A channel you follow goes live
Click a notification to jump directly to the event.
How to access your Inbox
Sign in to your Crowdcast account.
Click the Inbox icon in the top navigation.
Your latest notifications will appear here.
Managing your Inbox
Once you've read a notification, you can archive it to keep your Inbox tidy.
If you archive something by mistake, you can also unarchive it to return it to your Inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Do I still receive email notifications?
Yes. Inbox notifications don't replace Crowdcast's event emails. You'll still receive relevant event emails based on your registrations and notification settings.
The Inbox simply gives you another convenient place to see when events and channels you care about go live.
Do I need to enable Inbox notifications?
No. There's nothing extra you need to turn on.
Notifications will automatically appear in your Inbox when an event you're registered for or a channel you follow goes live.
