The People Tab lets attendees and event organizers see who is in an event, connect with other participants, and manage audience visibility and engagement.
For Attendees
Accessing the People Tab
Open the event and locate the People Tab on the right side of the screen.
Click the People icon to view a list of attendees, hosts, moderators, and speakers.
Use the search bar to find a specific participant.
Engaging with Other Participants
Click a participant's profile image to view their profile.
Join the conversation using the event chat.

For Hosts
Accessing the People Tab
Open the event and locate the People Tab on the right side of the screen.
Click the People icon to view a list of attendees, co-hosts, moderators, and speakers.
Use the search bar to find a specific participant.
Managing Participants
Click a participant's profile image to view their profile.
Hover over a participant's name and click the three dots (...) menu to remove or ban an audience member.

Using the People Tab to Drive Engagement - For Hosts
Identify Key Attendees
Use the People Tab to quickly identify:
VIPs or featured guests
Industry leaders and partners
Repeat attendees
Highly engaged participants
Invite Special Guests to the Stage
If you'd like to feature a notable attendee during your event:
Reach Out First: Send them a message in the chat before inviting them on stage. Example: Hi [Name], great to see you here! We'd love to spotlight your work. Would you be open to joining us on stage for a quick conversation?
Invite Them On Stage: Use the Invite to Stage option to bring them into the broadcast. Keep the conversation:
Brief
Relevant to the audience
Focused on providing value
Use Clips to capture memorable moments. Share the highlights on social media.
Continue the discussion in chat or comments after the event.
Best Practices
✅ Be selective—not every VIP wants to speak live.
✅ Choose the right moment during the event.
✅ Follow up afterward and share any clips featuring the guest.
Troubleshooting
For Attendees
I can't see the People Tab
If the People Tab is not visible, the host has likely enabled Hide Audience for the event.
For Hosts
I can't unregister a participant
Only Hosts, Co-hosts, and Moderators can unregister attendees.
The People Tab isn't visible
Check the People Tab settings and make sure Hide Audience is turned off.
