Returning/paused hosts: Reactivate and save 30% on your monthly plan with our reactivation coupon. If you’d rather switch to annual during Cyber Monday Week, you can get an extra 10% off the annual upgrade discount of 30%.
Existing customers: Get an extra 10% off when you upgrade to an annual plan or a higher plan level during Cyber Monday Week. We’ll apply the savings as a credit or refund for a total of 40% savings!
Timing: Your new or upgraded plan must start before the Cyber Monday Week offer ends.
No stacking: Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts.

I’m a new or returning customer. How do I take this offer?
Welcome! (Or welcome back!)
New customers: Head to our sign‑up page to create your account.
Returning customers (paused hosts): Go to sign‑in to access your previous channel. If it’s been a while, you may be asked to confirm your channel details.
After you’re in, go to Settings → Billing → Plans and apply the Cyber Monday coupon to your monthly plan (trial conversions qualify). If you prefer to go annual, you can upgrade during Cyber Monday Week for an extra 10% off.
Note: Use the coupon shown in the in‑app banner or email during Cyber Monday Week. No support action is required for new/returning monthly redemptions.
How do I apply the promo code? – New or returning customers only
From your channel, open Settings.
Go to Billing & Plans
Select View plan details to see plan options.
4. Choose your monthly plan and click Add discount code at the bottom. Enter the Cyber Monday coupon from the banner/email and Apply. Confirm the discounted total, then Continue to checkout to complete payment.

I’m already on a monthly plan. How do I take this offer?
Active monthly subscribers are able to upgrade to an annual plan for an additional 10% off and for a total savings of 40% versus the cost of a monthly plan.

I’m already on an annual plan. How do I take this offer?
Annual plan holders can upgrade to a higher annual plan level (e.g., Lite → Pro → Biz) for an extra 10% off when you upgrade during Cyber Monday Week. (Business is our highest level.)
Email [email protected] with the plan you’d like. We’ll apply the discount and make the update.
Your new plan must start before the Cyber Monday Week offer ends.
I already have a discount applied to my account (e.g., non‑profit). Can I take the Cyber Monday offer?
Coupons cannot be stacked. Some existing discounts may be equal to or greater than the Cyber Monday savings. For example, some coupons, like the non-profit discount, are actually higher savings. If you’re unsure which path saves you more, contact [email protected] and we’ll compare options with you.
What if my plan just renewed?
If your plan renewed within the past 7 days, we can backdate the Cyber Monday upgrade savings for you. Email [email protected] with the plan you want and we’ll take care of it.
What if I just signed up before Cyber Monday was announced?
If you signed up within the past 7 days, we can backdate the offer. Let us know at [email protected] whether you want the monthly coupon applied (new/returning) or if you prefer to upgrade to annual for the extra 10% off.
Fine print & eligibility
Valid only for purchases/changes made during Cyber Monday Week; the plan or upgrade must start before the offer ends.
