View Your Current Plan
From your Crowdcast dashboard:
Select Settings from the left-hand menu.
Select Billing.
Your current plan and renewal information will be displayed here.
View Your Invoices and Receipts
From Settings → Billing, select Open billing portal.
Your billing portal will open in a new page. Scroll to Invoice History to view your previous invoices and payments.
Select an invoice to view its details. From there, you can download a copy of the invoice or receipt.
Note: Your renewal date and time are shown in Pacific Time.
You can open any invoice from within the Invoice History section. Once open, you can also download the invoice or the receipt.
