When creating an event, you will go to "Advanced" settings. At the bottom, there is an option to turn on Facebook Pixel. From there, input the Pixel ID information from Facebook*. Once done, hit "Save" and the setup is complete!

Here is how it will look for you:

To get the ID information needed to put into your Crowdcast, you need to setup a Pixel and get the code. There is a good article from Facebook on how to do so setup a Pixel.

Where do I find my Pixel ID?

There are two ways to obtain your Pixel ID.

First:

  1. Log in to Facebook and go to your Ads Manager account.

  2. Open the Navigation Bar and select Events Manager.

  3. Copy your Pixel ID from underneath your Site Name and paste the number directly into the Link Manager setup tab. **This is all the way at the bottom of the Pixel.

Second:
Get the ID directly from the code. I have circled where to find the ID in the code. Note: ONLY numbers are needed, no characters or spaces.
