Facebook Pixel is a powerful tool for boosting your marketing strategies. Here's how to set up Facebook Pixel with Crowdcast:

When creating an event, you will go to Advanced settings. At the bottom, there is an option to turn on Facebook Pixel. From there, input the Pixel ID information from Facebook.* Once done, click Save and the setup is nearly complete.

Here is how it will look for you:

To get the Pixel ID information needed, you need to setup a Pixel and get the code. Here's a great article from Facebook on how to setup a Pixel.

Where do I find my Pixel ID?

There are two ways to obtain your Pixel ID.

  1. Log in to Facebook and go to your Ads Manager account.

  2. Open the Navigation Bar and select Events Manager

  3. Copy your Pixel ID from underneath your Site Name and paste the number directly into the Link Manager setup tab. *This is all the way at the bottom of the Pixel.

Get the ID directly from the code. Here, we have circled where to find the ID in the code. ONLY numbers are needed, no characters or spaces.

Final Step: Contact Crowdcast

Email [email protected] with your Facebook Business Manager ID, so we can add your business as a partner for our domain. This is necessary due to iOS 14 changes announced by Apple during early 2021.
