You can import attendees directly into an event with their email addresses or with a CSV file. Those attendees will be registered for your event and will receive a confirmation email upon registration.

This allows you to register any attendees into your event who you want to bypass payment, password, or patron-only gatekeepers that you may have set up. Other attendees who go through the standard registration process through the event URL will still encounter these gatekeepers.

You can register (or import) attendees from the Options menu within your event.

Important Notes:

  • Using the "Register emails" also bypasses any seat limits. For example, if you set a seat limit of 30, you will still be able to register 31 or more emails using this method.

  • If you are a new host, this feature will not be available to you within the first five days of your subscription. Please reach out to us if you need support.
