If you are on a Crowdcast paid plan, you can view, email and download your billing receipts by clicking on “view billing history” from your settings.


You'll first want to get to your settings within your dashboard:

Settings button can be found on the lefthand side of your dashboard

Scroll down past the list of plans, until you find the section labeled as Payment Method. From there, you'll click on View Billing History:

View billing history can be found under the payment method section

A pop-up will appear and by each transaction, you'll find 3 icons that will allow you to download the PDF of the receipt, view it directly on screen or email it:

Your billing history will pop up and from there you can select the appropriate icons to download, view or email your receipt.
