9/15 UPDATE: THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED

With our video provider, we are currently experiencing an issue where some recordings will suddenly have a camera freeze and drop a presenter. There is one easy workaround to avoid this from happening at all:

Before you go live, make sure all cameras are enabled and no screen is focused
Keep in mind that this is ONLY required for the moment you go live. After you are live, you're all set to use Crowdcast as normal.

We've worked closely with our video provider to get to the root cause of this issue and find a temporary workaround until our video provider gets a fix out on their end. (This fix is estimated to be released before September 16.)

Until then, we're recommending that for all events hosts have all cameras turned on and no screen focused when going live.
